    Afternoon: The tour guide will meet guests at the designated meeting point at Tan Son Nhat International Airport for check-in and depart on flight VJ 886 to Kaohsiung at 07:30 – 11:40. After completing immigration procedures, the group will have lunch at a local restaurant. The bus and tour guide will take guests to visit:

    • Pier-2 Art District: This is the center for experimental art creation and the development of artistic creativity in southern Taiwan.
    • Formosa Boulevard MRT Station: This is the most beautiful MRT station in Kaohsiung (R10 Formosa Boulevard), which is also the city center.
    • Photographs at the Kaohsiung Music Center: The Kaohsiung Music Center features music performance spaces and offers beautiful views of the harbor and bay, making it a new destination for sightseeing and entertainment.

    Morning: The group will have breakfast at the hotel and then proceed to visit:

    • Cosmetic Shops: Taiwanese cosmetics are almost an essential part of any trip to Taiwan.
    • Shifen Old Town – Located in the Pingxi district of Taipei, this town is famous for its lanterns and charming waterfalls. The town retains a nostalgic beauty, from its winding streets to narrow alleys. Visitors can feel like they’ve stepped back in time to a bygone era. Additionally, you can write your wishes on sky lanterns and release them with the hope that your dreams will come true. (Each group of 4 guests receives 1 lantern).

    Afternoon: The group will have lunch at a local restaurant, rest, and continue to visit:

    • Yehliu Geopark – A stunning destination in Taiwan, known for its unique rock formations that look as though they belong to another planet. The names of the rock formations are based on imaginative interpretations of their shapes, such as: Fairy’s Shoe, Mushroom Rock, Japanese Geisha, Candle Rock, and others that you may think of as you explore.
    • The tour leader will escort the group to the airport for the return flight on VJ 843 at 19:00 to Ho Chi Minh City.
    • After arriving at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, the program ends, and the tour leader will bid farewell to the guests, hoping to see them again.

    The order of the itinerary may be subject to change to accommodate real-time circumstances, but all the listed attractions in the program will still be included.

    TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES

    • Guide tip: 5 USD per guest per day (25 USD for the entire trip).

    NOTES

    • Price for children sharing a bed with parents: The price is for children sleeping with their parents. If you wish for the child to have a separate bed, please pay 100% of the tour price for the child.
    • Price applies to customers aged 12 to 69. Customers aged 70 and above must provide a health certificate issued by an authorized medical agency confirming fitness for international travel, and must travel with a healthy companion under 60 years old. They must also purchase optional travel insurance when joining the tour program.
    • Price applies to Vietnamese customers. Foreign nationals should contact the sales department for more details.
    • Price does not apply to incentive groups in specific fields such as healthcare, teachers, students, multi-level marketing, insurance, factory workers, monks, and travel-related services. The company will announce the updated price for groups in these fields.
    • Price may change if airlines increase fuel surcharges or visa fees change.
    • Travel insurance does not cover losses caused by pre-existing illnesses, congenital disabilities, HIV, AIDS, AIDS-related diseases, or chronic illnesses, regardless of whether they were discovered before or during the insurance period.
    • The program and flight schedule may change based on the specific departure date.
    • The program order may be changed depending on actual conditions, but all attractions will still be visited.
    • As this is a group tour, the company will ensure that there are at least 15 adult participants for the tour to proceed as scheduled. If the group has fewer than 15 guests, the company will inform customers 5 days before departure and discuss a new departure date, or provide a full refund to those who have registered. If guests still wish to depart on the original date, the company will combine the group with other partners to proceed as scheduled.
    • In some cases, guests may be denied entry to the destination country due to personal reasons (e.g., being on the immigration blacklist). In such cases, the guest will not be refunded.
    • If a guest has family members in the destination country who wish to join the tour, please contact us before departure. During the tour, guests are not allowed to add family members or acquaintances to the group without prior agreement with us. We reserve the right to refuse services for such cases.
    • Any changes must be agreed upon with the tour leader. We do not accommodate individual changes. If changes affect the itinerary or services (e.g., skipping attractions or services), the guest must accept any additional charges. Changes will be based on feasibility and actual conditions.
    • General regulation: Guests must be at the check-in counter at least 2 hours before the departure time for international flights and 1 hour for domestic flights.
    • Visa management: Once the visa is issued, we will manage your visa until the group departs. You can visit our office to view your visa, or we will scan and send it to you. After the tour, if necessary, please return your passport to the tour guide for submission to the embassy according to regulations. We will return the passport to you after submission to the embassy.
    • A deposit may be required ranging from 200,000,000 VND to 300,000,000 VND per guest (if requested). This deposit will be refunded upon return to Vietnam. If the company has notified you of the deposit requirement and you fail to pay it (even if the visa is issued), it will be considered as incomplete payment, and you will be considered to have canceled the tour. You will not be allowed to join the tour and the company will apply the cancellation penalty as per the terms.
    • This is a group tour. To ensure the safety and benefit of all participants, guests are not allowed to separate from the group during the tour. If a guest separates from the group, an additional fee of 150 USD per person per day will be charged.

    OTHER NOTE

    • Vietnamese expatriates or foreigners: If you need to apply for a re-entry visa to Vietnam, please bring 2 passport-sized photos (4x6 cm). If you enter Vietnam with a separate visa, please bring the visa and the entry-exit declaration form when joining the tour.
    • Guests aged 70 and above: You are required to provide a health certificate from a doctor confirming your fitness for international travel, a health commitment form with the company, and must travel with a healthy relative under 60 years old. Additionally, guests aged 75 and above must pay for premium insurance (fees vary depending on the tour).
    • Pregnant guests: We do not accept pregnant guests who are 5 months or more into their pregnancy for international tours due to safety concerns. Guests must inform the company if any family members are pregnant at the time of booking. The company is not responsible if this information is not disclosed.
    • Non-compliance with entry or exit regulations: If you are not allowed to exit or enter due to personal reasons (such as unclear images or information on documents, expired passports, or any other non-compliance), the company will not be held responsible and will not refund the tour price. The tour guide will assist and find the best solution, but any extra costs incurred will be the responsibility of the guest.
    • Responsibility of the company: The company is not responsible for ensuring visits to tourist sites or compensating for extra costs incurred in the following cases: Natural disasters (storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, terrorism, protests, etc.), airline issues (technical difficulties, security problems, flight delays, cancellations, or changes in flight times), or delays caused by members of the group.
    • Passport requirements: The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the tour, and the information in the passport must be clear and accurate (name, date of birth, passport number, etc.). The passport must also have enough pages, not torn, repaired, altered, or damaged in any way.
    • Registration: When registering, please bring your original passport and pay a deposit of 50% of the tour price or transfer the amount.
    • For foreign nationals with a single-entry Vietnam visa: Please pay an additional fee of 1,100,000 VND per guest for a re-entry visa to Vietnam and bring your separate visa along with 2 passport-sized photos (4x6 cm, white background) for customs procedures when returning to Vietnam.
    • Guests with only a green card (temporary residence card) and no valid Vietnamese passport are not allowed to register for tours to third countries.
    • Children under 16 years old: If the child has their own passport and is traveling with their biological father or mother, a birth certificate is required. If the child is traveling with someone other than their biological parents, in addition to the birth certificate, a notarized consent letter from both parents agreeing to let the relative take the child abroad for travel, along with local government verification, is required.

    GENNERAL POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS JOINING GROUP TOURS

    • Deposit: Guests are required to deposit 50% of the tour price when registering for regular tours. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the departure date.
    • Holiday tours: Guests are required to deposit 70% of the tour price when registering for holiday tours. The remaining balance must be paid 20 days before the departure date.
    • Full payment: The full payment for the tour must be made at least 15 working days before the departure date, or after receiving a visa approval notice.
    • Visa issue: If the customer is unable to obtain a Quan Hong visa, the company will refund the tour price.
    • Changes to departure date: Due to the nature of group tours, the departure date may change under the following circumstances:
      • If the group does not reach the required number of 15 participants or more, 7 days before the departure date.
      • If unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, floods, or war, occur near the scheduled departure date.
    • No entry or exit due to personal reasons: If the guest is not allowed to exit or enter due to personal reasons, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour price.
    • Visa rejection: If the guest fails to obtain a visa due to reasons such as: not cooperating with the travel agency to provide the required documents as per embassy regulations, having a previous illegal stay in South Korea, engaging in illegal activities, or violating entry-exit regulations, the non-refundable fee in all cases is 10,000,000 VND per person.
    • Guests with visas but do not depart on the scheduled date: In this case, the cancellation policy as per the contract will apply.

    TOUR CHANGE POLICY

    • After confirming tour registration, guests are required to deposit 50% of the tour price per person, and cancellations are not allowed.
    • 30 days before departure: Name changes are free of charge. If canceling the tour, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total tour price (including flight tickets).
    • 15-29 days before departure: Cancellations are not allowed. If canceled, the cancellation fee is 75% of the total tour price (including flight tickets).
