    The order of the itinerary may be subject to change to accommodate real-time circumstances, but all the listed attractions in the program will still be included.

    TOUR PRICE INCLUDES

    • Round-trip international flight tickets from Vietnam as per the itinerary. Airlines: BR/CI (2 pieces of luggage for international flights, 1 piece for domestic flights).
    • 3,4-star international standard hotels in the cities (2 people per room). In case of odd-numbered guests, the company will arrange for a triple room or the guest will be required to pay the additional cost for a single room.
    • All-inclusive meals as per the itinerary. One complimentary American-style lobster meal.
    • Transportation by international standard tour bus and other means of transport suitable for the tour route.
    • Bus usage time is 12 hours per day. For any overrun, the bus company will charge an additional fee of 200 USD per hour.
    • Entrance fees to attractions for one-time entry: Liberty Island Cruise, Grand Canyon admission ticket.
    • Tour guide from the travel company will accompany the group throughout the tour from Vietnam.
    • Travel insurance with a liability coverage of up to 50,000 USD.

    • The order of sightseeing spots in the itinerary may change in some cases due to actual conditions, but all the original attractions will still be included as planned.

    OTHER NOTES

    • For Vietnamese expatriates or foreign nationals, if you need to apply for a re-entry visa to Vietnam, please bring two 4x6 cm photos. If you enter Vietnam with a separate visa, please bring your visa and the immigration declaration form when joining the tour.
    • For passengers aged 70 and above, a full medical certificate from a doctor confirming that you are fit for international travel is required. You must also submit a health commitment form to the tour company and be accompanied by someone under 60 years old (in good health). Additionally, travelers over 75 years old will need to pay an additional premium for travel insurance (the fee may vary depending on the tour).
    • Due to the nature of group tours, the company will collect a minimum of 15 adult passengers for the tour to proceed on schedule. If the number of participants is less than 15, the company will notify passengers 5 days prior to departure and will either negotiate a new departure date or refund the full amount to passengers who have already registered. If passengers still wish to depart on the original date, the company will combine the group with other partners for the tour.
    • Pregnant women who are 5 months or more along are not accepted for international tours due to safety concerns. Passengers must notify the company if a family member is pregnant at the time of registration. The company will not be held responsible if this is not disclosed.
    • In the event that a passenger is unable to exit or enter the country for personal reasons (such as unclear or smudged documents, expired passports, or non-compliant paperwork), the company will not be held responsible and will not refund the tour cost. The tour guide will assist in resolving the situation, but any additional costs will be borne by the passenger.
    • The company will not be responsible for ensuring the scheduled visits to attractions or reimbursing any costs incurred in cases such as: natural disasters (storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, terrorism, protests, etc.), airline issues (technical difficulties, security, delays, cancellations, or schedule changes), or delays caused by members of the tour group.
    • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour. The passport information must be clear and accurate (name, date of birth, passport number, etc.) and must have enough pages, without rips, creases, smudges, or any other issues.
    • For foreign nationals with a one-time Vietnam visa, please pay an additional fee of 1,100,000 VND per person for the re-entry visa to Vietnam. You will need to bring your separate visa along with two 4x6 cm photos with a white background for customs procedures when returning to Vietnam.
    • Guests who only hold a green card (temporary residence permit abroad) and do not have a valid Vietnamese passport will not be allowed to register for a third-country destination.
    • Children under 16 years old who have their own passport and are traveling with their biological parents must bring a birth certificate. If traveling with relatives who are not their biological parents, in addition to the birth certificate, a signed Parental Authorization form must be provided, allowing the relative to take the child abroad for travel, along with confirmation from the local authorities.
    • This is a purely group tour. To ensure the safety and interests of all customers, guests are not allowed to separate from the group during the tour. If you wish to split from the group, please inform the tour staff during registration for arrangement (if you leave the group, the company will not be responsible for any issues that arise).
